Week 14 Pac-10 Lines

Coming up shortly: We catch up with Neal Babcock who was in attendance at ESPN's College Gameday in Tucson and preview the USC game with Josh Worthington.

In the meantime here are the quick Week 14 Pac-10 Football Gambling Line Predictions - home team in CAPS:

Arizona (+7) over USC: Arizona has played USC close for the last three years. This year is the best chance UA has in the Stoops era to topple USC. Arizona's defense, specifically the secondary and linebackers will be the key; if they can hold against an under-preforming Trojan offense Arizona has more than enough talent to win this game. If his ankle is healthy, look for Keola Antolin to cause some problems for the Trojan front line which has had trouble stopping smaller, shifty running backs in the last couple of years. Arizona may not win but anticipate a close game.

Oregon State (+10) over OREGON: Whatever the over is on points take it. Both the Beavers and Ducks have offenses capable of racking up the scoreboard. Last year's match-up ended with a combined score of over 100 points. Oregon has the home field advantage and Chip Kelly's offensive system may be too much for Oregon State but look for the Rodgers brothers and a scrappy Beaver team to keep the game close in an important rivalry game.

WASHINGTON (+7) over Cal: Pardon the pun but I'm taking all dogs this week. Cal has been notorious for letting down fans down the stretch and Seattle has been an increasingly tough place to play. Look for junior Jake Locker to make a statement about the resurgence of an energized Husky team.

Weekly NFL OPTRTA

Also known as the "One Parlay To Rule Them All," a weekly event where Ryan Ringdahl from Left Coast Biased and myself look over the NFL Lines and pick the largest parlay we can be in agreement on. Here are this weeks picks - the home team is in CAPS:

ATLANTA (-10.5) over Washington: Just moved to D.C. and watched the Skins live at FedEx Field; trust me, you want nothing to do with them. ATL looked strong against the Saints.

Arizona (+3) over CHICAGO: Cutler and co. have looked weak sauce this year making Devin Hester my annual "Sleazy Late Round Fantasy Pick Up Bust of the Year."

Green Bay (-10) over TAMPA BAY: I don't care how many times Aaron Rodgers gets sacked as long as he keeps throwing down a weekly twenty burger in fantasy. Also, Tampa Bay is terrible.

Miami (+11) over NEW ENGLAND: Interesting game and Miami plays good teams close. Ronny Brown....who would have thought?

SEATTLE (-10) over Detroit: I may or may not have had to lobby Ryan into this one but we are a stone cold united front now. Hasselbeck lays the smackdown.

SAN FRANCISCO (-4.5) over Tennessee: What is with this line? Lock of the week for sure. ***Insert Any Singletary Pants Down Joke You Like Here***

PHILADELPHIA (-3) over Dallas: McNabb rolls. Best sarcastic Michael Vick joke at FedEx Field - Vick busts a 10 yard run and all the Eagles fans start cheering followed by, "Wasn't that guy just paying for sex with cigarettes six months ago? SIT DOWN!"

Lock it in. Make your millions. Thank us next week.

ANNNNND We're Back!

Sorry for the hiatus folks! As many of you know, I recently moved to Washington D.C. from Santa Barbara which left me (temporarily) homeless, cable televisionless, sleepless, and without a cell phone.

Now that I have moved in and everything is back in order we will resume our weekly podcasts featuring Josh, Neal, Zac, Paul, and Blake.

Additionally, I have teamed up with one Ryan Ringdahl, an avid Arizona Fan at LeftCoastBiased in a weekly NFL "ONE PARLAY TO RULE THEM ALL!" If he is up to it we'll bring him on the podcast to discuss additional topics.

Stay tuned and we will have a podcast up as early as Wednesday.

Thanks,
Management
